The hard part of a group trip is not logistics, it is that eight people want eight different holidays. The usual solution is a lowest-common-denominator schedule that mildly disappoints everyone. This one is built differently.
There are three fixed points: the first evening, the desert night and the final dinner. Everyone attends those. Everything between them is optional, and runs in parallel — on any given day there is a landmark option, a beach option and a shopping option, all with their own transport, all returning to the same place.
Accommodation is apartments rather than hotel rooms, which for a group of six or more is usually cheaper, always more sociable, and means there is somewhere to sit that is not a lobby.
Your specialist will need the group size and a rough sense of the factions before they can price this properly. It works from six people up to about sixteen; beyond that the parallel-track model stops being affordable and we would build something else.

Transfers timed to each flight rather than one coach for everyone. Check into the apartments, then a group dinner booked for a time that survives a delayed arrival.

Three options running at once: the Burj and downtown, the beach club, or the Mall of the Emirates. Separate vehicles, one meeting point at seven.

The desert, together
The whole group out to a private camp in the afternoon. Dune drive for those who want it, a quieter camel option for those who do not, and dinner for everyone.

Split again
Old Dubai and the souks, a boat charter, or a genuinely free day. Most groups discover on day four that the free day is the popular one.

The last one
An open morning, then a booked dinner somewhere worth dressing for. Your specialist holds three options at different price points and the group picks.
